At Valvetronic Designs, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, uninstalled condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the authorization process.

  Await Approval

  Our support team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure the items are eligible for return under our quality guidelines.

  Pack and Ship

  Carefully package your items in their original boxes with all hardware included and attach the provided RMA shipping label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
